No vacuum pick up , unit uses the same vibratory feeder and optical counting technique of the Old Mill Seed Counters to accurately seed with nearly any seed from corn, sorghum, canola, and beans to small seeds such as petunia or tree seeds, and will operate down to the last seed without error. A customer requested a modification where two barcode scanners are added to the Dual Packeting Chute to read barcodes printed on packets to be filled, which have encoded the information about the seed identification to use and count for it, this method reduces considerably the programming time at the counter and verifies the seeds are correct. A production report is updated with each produced packet.
