Lot Size Unit- Model 900-2
|

This Lot Size System is specialized to allow Program Packeting where various groups of packets are to be produced from the same product lot.
From 1 to 50 groups may be selected, each group having a selected number of packets and count per packet.
Operation proceeds through each group with a large display indicating the entire program and where in the program packeting operation is occurring.
Other than the Packet Program feature, the unit is similar in operation to the Model 850-3 including the RS-232 link for external data linkage and system upgrading and updating. Both units may also be used for total counting.
The System consists of the Model 900-2 Counter Control Unit , (2) a Counting Head (Lot Size type with In-Transit Diverter) and Head Support mounted on system base plate, (3) a Vibratory Feeder mounted on a Quick Empty Stand, (4) a Feeder Bowl mounted on the vibratory feeder to feed seeds into the counting head, and (5) a Dual Packeting Chute with Packet Sensing, which holds packets in place for filling.
Various accessories are available for these software controlled units which will enhance operating convenience and reduce labor.
